Automatic Changeover Valves for Laser Cutting Machines

Nitrogen gas laser cutters use heat from a laser to melt metal material, creating precise and uniform cuts. Nitrogen gas is then used to remove any leftover metal from the cut and surface. When the gas cylinders have been depleted, operations cease until new, full cylinders have been installed into your machinery. The delay created by manually changing cylinders can result in costly interruptions, imprecise cuts, and other critical failures.
